Bizfon Voice Cards
The optional Bizfon Voice Card lets you add up to 15 Virtual Extensions. These extensions can be assigned to any employee and accessed from any Bizfon extension or remotely from any touch-tone or cellular phone.
Virtual Extensions have the same capabilities as real extensions. You can even set up a virtual extension to ring a specific physical extension or an external number, to provide true "follow me anywhere" messaging.
The Voice Card provides an additional 2 or 4 hours for voice mail recordings and greetings as well as 4 more informational messages.
Bizfon Multi-Tenant Voice Card
The optional Multi-Tenant Voice Card allows up to three companies to share the resources of a Bizfon 680 while maintaining separate telephone lines and extensions for each company.
The multi-tenant capability allows you to manage lines and extensions for up to three companies. Incoming lines are exclusively assigned to a particular company; extensions can be exclusive to one company or shared among companies.
UPS and Surge Protector: Back-UPS Pro
The Back-UPS Pro is designed to provide high-end power protection of business workstations and stand-alone computers. Boost and Trim Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) automatically corrects the deepest brownouts and overvoltage conditions without using the battery thereby preserving battery power for times when its really needed. Built-in fax/modem or network dataline protection prevents surges traveling on phone or network lines from entering the computer and destroying the modem or Network Interface Card. These features combined with a fast recharge time, hot-swappable batteries, bi-weekly auto-diagnostic testing and compatibility with our network manageable PowerChute Plus software makes the Back-UPS Pro the product family of choice for workstations and other business computers.
